  • Why is training and coaching important?

    Fundraisers can make or break the financial sustainability of your organization. They must understand why fundraising is important, what role they play, and how they can secure funding for the organization. They must have clear insight into fundraising operations, direction, and goals; craft messages that compel funders to invest; have the skills, knowledge, and support they need to successfully solicit for funding; and have ongoing access to an expert to guide them in building a sustainable fundraising operation. It’s up to your organization to make sure they have that understanding and support, and the Fundraising Intelligence training and coaching program can provide it.

  • How is training delivered?

    Training topics are pre-recorded and are accompanied by downloadable templates and notes.

  • How is coaching delivered?

    The group forum is where participants can post 24/7 about their progress, ask questions, and get feedback and learn from Growth & Co. and fellow participants. The group Q&A calls occur weekly, are recorded, and posted on the platform for later access.

    The individual coaching calls occur weekly and are conducted via private video meetings. This blended delivery model allows you to work at your own pace, have opportunities for discussion and feedback, and accommodates your busy schedule.

  • Do the fundraising modules need to be completed in order?

    It is recommended that participants complete the program chronologically, but participants can determine which topics they focus on based on their organization’s needs.

  • How many people can access the program at my organization?

    Access is for one user and is non-transferable.

  • How long is the program?

    Three to six months, depending which option is purchased. Learn more about what is included in each package above.

  • How can I download my course completion certificate?

    A certificate is issued as soon as you complete all the lessons within the program! You will need to make sure to click 'Complete & Continue' on every lesson to reach 100% completion. After that, you can simply click 'Get your Certificate' to download it as a PDF. You will also see a 'Get your Certificate' button in the top left side of the Course Player that you can click to view your certificate. Once a certificate is issued, it will also be available in your student account settings by selecting 'My Account' then 'Certificates'.
